We seek a curious, creative thinker and writer who can immerse themselves in our clients' world and produce extensive, world-class copy and content. Understanding and articulating uniqueness, capability, solutions, stories, and value. Working on succint top-level messaging to long-format high-value content pieces. Going deep with a select few rather than shallow with many. This is a hybrid role requiring two days a week in the office for collaboration with our head of strategy, client leadership team and creative team (would consider reducing to one day in time). The right fit for this role will be:· Passionate about succint, engaging, persuasive B2B communications.· Driven by curiosity. Happy to go down rabbit holes. Technically minded and genuinely piqued by ‘how things are made’.· Interested in interviewing subject matter experts, often engineers. · Familiar with the minds and needs of B2B decision-makers and influencers.· Experienced in creating B2B copy for technical products and services.· Able to efficiently and effectively produce various content types, from succinct top-level messaging to longer-form content.· Proficient at juggling multiple clients and projects.· Interested in managing a team. We plan to add two more copywriters over the next 18 months. We're hiring a lead person first.
