Job Description Our company ALTINBOĞA MAKİNA MAKİNA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş., which is the Turkey Distributor of Japan Origin KUBOTA Industrial Engines, is looking for teammates who will work as 'Senior Service Engineer' with the following features. • Directly report to the Service Manager,• Documentation, translation and distribution of the Operation Manuals, Service Manuals, Service Bulletins of the units in the market to related departments and service partners,• Participate the trainings given by the manufacturers and prepare training plan for the technicians and Service Partners,• Create quality reports after Service Partners visits and list issues which require corrective actions,• Evaluate, analyse, manage, follow up and close incoming warranty claims both on customer and manufacturer side• Follow up the incoming service requests from the customers, forward to the right service partner and finalize them.• Constant communication with the related departments of the manufacturers,• Organize technical staff and field service activities. Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,• Preferably experienced in after sales departments and authorized services,• Good command of English/German• Good knowledge of MS Office tools,• No military obligation for male candidates• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey,• Good communication skills and able to work in a team• Driving license,• Resident in Istanbul (European)
