You get it done As a Warehouse Manager, you and your team, alongside fellow Warehouse Managers, will handle all inbound, storage, and outbound logistics activities for our customers, as well as value-added services. You will manage and optimize the logistics processes in our warehouses, ensuring that production standards, timelines, quality requirements, and procedures are met. You achieve this by: leading 1 to 3 (senior) warehouse team leaders and indirectly managing 5 to 45 warehouse employees; coordinating the logistics activities of your department with those of other internal departments; providing management information based on agreed-upon targets and KPIs; monitoring qualitative and quantitative execution, with a focus on quality and security requirements, and taking corrective actions when needed; initiating and sustaining continuous improvements for our operational processes.
