The Italian speaking Sales Specialist is a full-time member of the Cygnus Clinic team and will be in charge of responding all inquiries from the potential Italian-speaking patients, in short; turning a lead into a sale. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Excellent communication skills in Italian- Advanced interaction skills with people from the multiple cultures/backgrounds- Previous experiences as a sales representative- Basic knowledge in Cosmetic Surgery and medical terms- Knowledge in CRM software- Proficiency in MS programs- Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness- The ability to build productive professional business relationships- Energetic, passionate, persistent OUR EXPECTATIONS:- Ensuring the treatment plan for each enquiry is correctly applied- Follow up treatment processes through clinic standards- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments- Analyze market’s potential, track sales and status reports- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.- Continuously improve through feedback
