The firm currently manages assets above 1 billion euros across different investment vehicles supported by global institutional investors including Sovereign Wealth Funds, Insurance Companies and Pension Funds. Healthcare Activos aims to become the reference long-term real estate partner of healthcare operators across Europe to support them in their expansion plans through M&A, S&LB, greenfield and brownfield transactions. With an established presence in Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Germany and Ireland, we are looking to expand our investment team to execute our growth ambitions of becoming one of the leading European healthcare real estate investment managers. As an Investment Analyst Intern, you will:Join a growing and dynamic organization in the midst of an ambitious internationalization processSupport the investment team by providing analytical support throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from deal origination to executionConduct industry research, peers benchmarking, asset valuations and financial models to assess investment opportunitiesAssist in the preparation of investor and board presentations, investment committee materials and fundraising materialsGain exposure to live transaction activity on a day-to-day basisLearn from senior team members with significant experience in the healthcare, asset management and financial advisory industriesReceive the tools and the training to develop a career in the private equity and asset management industryGet the opportunity to join the team as full-time Investment Analyst upon completion of the internship period What we look for:Candidates must be eager to learn in a fast-paced and challenging environmentStrong interest in finance, especially in the areas of M&A, Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private EquityOutstanding work ethic, academic qualifications and a proven record of excellence in past dutiesProactive attitude towards learning and sense of ownership over tasksExcellent writing and verbal skills in English. Knowledge of Spanish, German, French, Italian and Portuguese is valuedA full-time 4-6 months minimum commitment is required
