We are a highly organised practice with a dedicated Technical Director and BIM Manager and operate within ISO certified processes for all aspects of project design and execution, with BIM and digital data management under NSAI ISO19650 certification. BIM Manager RoleThe BIM Manager will coordinate with IT manager the selection of BIM software products, including but not limited to licensing compliance, incorporating new version releases, maintaining legacy software and customizing software for specific firm needs Manage the implementation of supporting software and plug-ins for BIM Evaluate new BIM related software and technologies Stay informed on best practices for use of Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM Stay informed on other BIM related software products and their interaction with Revit Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement Creation and maintenance of the template files to assure standards Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standardsTrain and oversee the day-to-day activities of BIM users to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of BIM models Leadership We are looking for:Part / fully qualified Architect or Architectural TechnicianComplimentary experience of Revit Autodesk AutoCAD Organisational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks depending on the degree of importanceDemonstrable experience providing and manage a BIM service to external customersA robust knowledge of Building Services design and experience of services full co-ordinationMinimum of 4 years’ experience within the construction industry Our BenefitsExcellent Pension Scheme.Paid Maternity Benefits.Hybrid Working.VHI Insurance and Dental Scheme.Professional Subscriptions.
