An established private equity firm in Barcelona is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join their investment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a strong background in investment banking, or strategy consulting to contribute to the full investment cycle, from deal sourcing to portfolio management. Responsibilities: Support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential targets. Assist in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, or strategy consulting. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
