Our Strategy Consultants manage end-to-end projects for different industries (retail, travel, financial services…) from a perspective which is far from traditional consulting. In your day to day you will: You will help develop end-to-end digital transformation projectsYou will identify problems and formulate hypotheses leveraging resources and know-how from The Cocktail, and you will articulate the conclusions in executive documentsYou will participate in dynamics and workshops to involve clients in The Cocktail's creative and solution processYou will immerse yourself in the day-to-day activities of our clients to better understand aspects of their culture, organization, and processes, in order to draw valuable conclusionsYou will work in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with members of our UX, UI, Brand, Data, Technology teams, etc., for the implementation of new products and servicesYou will identify client needs that may lead to new business proposals The ideal candidat 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Strategy & Operations Consulting firmsGood presentation and Excel skills are requiredWilling to navigate start-up fast-paced environmentsAutonomous, energetic and proactivity when facing new disruptive challenges; clear focus on getting things doneAppetite for digital ecosystemsFluency in English - Level C1/C2 Working at The Cocktail: Flexibility and confidence.
