Content & Design Project Manager The Content Department works as an in-house hub Agency providing the design material to other areas like, eComm, Product and Consumer to communicate Camper products and contribute to achieve their objectives in terms of sales and brand positioning. The Project Manager will be part of the Camper Content & Design Team working closely with the Content & Design manager, the Art director and the design team to coordinate both ON and OFF campaigns through all stages of the project.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude. Responsibilities Work on cross channel campaigns, seeking organization throughout the whole process and kpis achievementsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverablesAbility to provide multiple solutions to a given project challengeDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressCollaborate with the design team to solve design challengesCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to schedule, brief and budget Required Bachelor’s degree in comms or marketing related fields3+ years of proven project management experienceSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam playerFluent in English, Spanish is a plusThis job requires you to work from our HQ in Mallorca.
