This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilize their expertise in recruiting top-notch talent for our diverse hiring needs. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by identifying, attracting, and securing the best talent in the market. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and the ideal candidate must be comfortable and confident in putting their best foot forward in every recruiting interaction from setting up the initial intake, conducting interviews, the offer stages, onboarding and working directly with various hiring managers. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire high-quality candidates for various financial roles within the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop corresponding recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to the job requirements. Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media networks, to attract top talent. Maintain a network of potential candidates and nurture long-term relationships with them. Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring each candidate feels respected and valued. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience. Stay abreast of recruiting trends, advancements, and best practices within the finance industry. Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment activities to key stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates. Proficiency in using recruiting software and social media for recruitment. Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods. Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong decision-making skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Experience with onboarding new hires is a must. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Interested in hearing more?
