The Company Solv-X are an expanding importer and distributor of an extensive range of consumer accessories to over 8,000 retailers in Ireland and the UK, with premises outside Newry and Dundalk. Established since 1994, our products portfolio includes our own Solv-X branded range as well as FIFO, BIC, Murphy & Barrett candles, EDGE, Favour, Little Tree, and Pretty Legs. The Role Sales Marketing Manager. Job Responsibilities: Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by training and coaching employees.Collaborate with our Field Sales Managers to optimise our Field Sales team performance. Achieves objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.Prepares and completes the marketing action plan.Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.Managing Key accounts and developing joint business plans.Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy.Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.Collects, analyses, and summarizes data and trends.Work Hours and BenefitsThe role is permanent with flexibility on whether 4 or 5 working days each week. Location is hybrid with a combination of our office, home and on the road. Car provided.Salary range is Basic £42k -€50k plus bonuses.
