Position: Pricing Manager – Sea FreightLocation : IstanbulDepartment : Pricing / Sea FreightJob Type : Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pricing Manager – Sea Freight to join our team. This role requires a strong leader who can manage the pricing department, maintain close coordination with the sea freight operations team, and foster strong relationships with shipping lines.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Sea Freight Pricing Department.Collaborate closely with the sea freight operations team to ensure pricing strategies align with operational capabilities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines to secure competitive rates and services.Negotiate and manage global freight agreements and contracts.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing strategies.Ensure timely and accurate rate offers for customers and internal stakeholders.Contribute to strategic planning and support business development initiatives.Qualifications:Proven experience in sea freight pricing and/or operations.Strong understanding of international logistics and ocean freight market dynamics.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Established network and strong relationships with global shipping lines.Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
