Marketing Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid – Ankara) Clinked is on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to lead the charge across digital marketing, content, campaign strategy, and operations. What You’ll Be Doing Campaigns & Strategy Own and deliver our full-funnel marketing strategy, aligned with business goals and key performance metrics Plan, launch, and optimise integrated campaigns across digital channels (email, paid, organic, video) tailored to our ICP, high-value accounts, and key verticals Develop campaigns that speak directly to target industries (e.g. professional services, financial services, consulting) and highlight relevant use cases to increase engagement and conversion Collaborate closely with internal teams — especially Sales and Customer Success — to ensure alignment on messaging, audience targeting, and campaign timing Brief and manage external partners (e.g. copywriters, designers, video providers) to execute cohesive, compelling campaign assets Write clear, insight-driven briefs focused on the who, why, and what — ensuring messaging resonates with decision-makers across the buyer journey Ensure all campaigns are value-led, customer-centric, and optimised for each stage of the funnel Support ongoing brand expansion and help roll out elements of our evolving brand refresh across campaigns and digital assets Content Marketing & Communications Develop high-quality, targeted content (e.g. whitepapers, blogs, case studies, webinars) that supports every stage of the buyer journey Write and publish across touchpoints — blog, newsletter, landing pages, media kits, and sales enablement assets Partner with Product and Customer Support to ensure content aligns with real customer questions and market needs Collaborate with team members and external providers to create engaging multimedia and video content Own our newsletter and lead nurturing content strategy via HubSpot Maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice across all channels Support broader brand marketing initiatives to position Clinked within the professional services and enterprise SaaS space Marketing Operations & Analytics Be the HubSpot expert — manage data hygiene, segmentation, workflows, GDPR compliance, forms, lifecycle stages, and email marketing Track campaign performance using GA4 and HubSpot dashboards — report on KPIs, lead sources, UTMs, and optimise for outcomes Own and update our Webflow CMS — building landing pages, publishing resources, and keeping the site fresh Sales Enablement & Collaboration Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with wider business goals Develop marketing materials and content to support sales outreach and customer engagement Collaborate on Account-Based Marketing strategies for high-value enterprise prospects What We’re Looking For Must-Haves 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or content — ideally in a SaaS or tech environment 1–2 years of project management experience Demonstrable campaign ownership and performance reporting — show us real examples Excellent written and spoken English Tech-savvy and AI-literate Strong grasp of digital marketing channels: email, paid media, SEO, social Confident communicator across video, written content, and live sessions Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects Tools & Technical Expertise HubSpot – Advanced experience with workflows, nurturing sequences, segmentation, reporting, and campaign management GA4 & UTM Tracking – Confident using Google Analytics 4 and UTM parameters to analyse and report on performance Webflow (or similar CMS) – Comfortable managing and updating website content, landing pages, and gated resources Google Workspace – Proficient in Docs, Slides, and advanced data handling in Google Sheets AI Tools – Familiar with AI-driven tools for content creation, automation, and campaign optimisation Buyer journey – Strong grasp of funnel-based marketing and communications best practices across the buyer journey Bonus Points Experience in account-based marketing targeting enterprise clients Background in professional services or marketing to B2B enterprise sectors Advanced Webflow or CMS experience Experience implementing AI automation in marketing operations Familiarity with SEO, CRO, or UX principles Experience in hybrid or remote-first companies Experience with organizing and hosting webinars and podcasts What You’ll Love About Working Here A product that helps businesses grow and collaborate securely A collaborative, agile team where your ideas are heard and valued Flexibility to work remotely and from our Ankara office The chance to shape marketing at a fast-growing SaaS company Location Ankara, Türkiye — Hybrid (some in-person collaboration required) How to Apply If you’re ready to lead bold marketing initiatives, test new ideas, and help scale a global SaaS brand — we’d love to hear from you.
