As a key point of contact, you will play an essential role in our commitment to high-quality, small-group, and private tours. Our deep-rooted history in Lapland, with heritage tracing back 20 generations, ensures an authentic and enriching work environment. Tasks Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk. Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations. Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks. Manage communication with guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Work with booking systems to process and manage reservations. Requirements Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Previous office or customer service experience is an advantage. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Experience with Bokun or other booking systems is preferred. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
