ABOUT THE POSITION AKSA Power Generation is looking for a Technical Training Executive who has strong experience in that process. With no obstacle to work at the location of Aksa Power Generation İstanbul -Hadımköy and arounding districts.Having a Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering or technical teaching departments of universities. (Candidates who have a pedagogical formation certificate will also be evaluated.)Having minimum 10 years of experience in technical training and preferably knowledge of diesel/gasoline engine groups and generators.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Proficient in MS Office programs.Result-oriented, prone to team work, with analytical thinking ability.Having received and can provide training on subjects such as Training of Trainers, Customer Relationship Management, Effective Speaking, Persuasion and Negotiation in Sales, and Time Management.Able to drive actively and have no travel restrictions.No military obligation for male candidates. JOB DESCRIPTIONTo prepare and manage the training budget of the company's after-sales services organization in line with the corporate goals and values.To prepare the annual training and development plan for all employees.Conducting training needs analysis and budget management of the employee after-sales services organization.Carrying out all training and development activities to support their development needs within the company and prepare them for new positions.Planning, organizing and carrying out operational processes of internal and external training.Keeping records and reporting of training and development processes.Preparing and providing orientation training for newly recruited field sales and service teams.To design and prepare basic, vocational, technical, managerial and compulsory training programs and their contents in cooperation with relevant departments in order to meet the training and development needs within the company.To provide the necessary technical training to the entire company regarding generator sets.Making all organizations, including the necessary correspondence, for external training.Developing new training content that suits the needs by following the dynamics of the sector.
