Your Role as Senior Product Manager As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Product and play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You’ll be an integral part of our product team, owning specific sprints and driving features that contribute to Enocta Platform’s strategic transformation. You'll also leverage AI to make learning more personalized and engaging. What You’ll Be Doing: 🌟 AI-Enabled Features: Develop and deliver AI-driven features that make learning more engaging and adaptive, in collaboration with our AI department.📈 Product Roadmap Contribution: Work closely with the Head of Product and fellow PMs to shape and execute our roadmap, ensuring our platform stays ahead of the curve.🏃‍♀️ Sprint Ownership: Manage and drive your own sprints, prioritizing feature delivery and continuous enhancements with a skills-first focus.🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and AI teams to deliver high-quality, scalable product improvements.🔍 Data-Driven Insights: Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and use analytics to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a strategic, innovative thinker who’s passionate about technology and eager to make a tangible impact. You should thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and excel at cross-functional collaboration. Must-Haves: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech.AI Product Experience: Hands-on experience with AI-driven features and a deep understanding of AI's role in enhancing user experience.Agile Expertise: Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience running sprints, managing backlogs, and leading product iterations.Strategic Vision & Execution: Ability to develop high-level product strategies and translate them into actionable plans.Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in leveraging product metrics, A/B testing, and user data for informed decision-making.User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user research, with the ability to create intuitive and impactful product experiences.Growth-Oriented Focus: Proven track record of identifying high-impact opportunities that drive product adoption and engagement, and making data-driven, scalable decisions.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to articulate product strategies, inspire teams, and align stakeholders.Technical Collaboration: Familiarity with technical concepts and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to define requirements.
