Job Title: Hotel ConsultantLocation: Tavros Head Office, IstanbulEmployment Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Consultant to join our team at Tavros Head Office, supporting Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy Hotel. This role will be responsible for providing expert guidance on hotel operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals. Key Responsibilities:• Provide consultancy services to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.• Analyze business performance and offer strategic recommendations.• Collaborate with hotel leadership and department heads.• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and local regulations.• Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.• Assist in implementing best practices and innovative solutions in hospitality management.• Monitor industry trends and suggest improvements to maintain competitiveness. Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel operations or consultancy.• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, financial analysis, and operational workflows.• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus).
