Our client is an International Trading Company based in Istanbul, Turkey. The company trades petrochemicals around the world with different suppliers. Finance Manager Location: Istanbul, Levent area Responsibilities:Key in-charge for Finance-related matters in Turkish trading house.Full responsibility for regular operational activities in the areas of liquidity management, budgeting, financial controlling, reporting, tax compliance.Managing all Turkish bank accounts of the organization, submission necessary documents to the banks, payment lists preparation and payment execution.Supporting various trade finance instruments if business requires.Implementation of the internal control procedures (payment approvals, sales controlling, operations monitoring, etc.) and reporting, identification of potential risks and areas of process improvementCollaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, client support, logistics, supply chain) from supplier’s and from client’s side.Analytical support to commercial teams and managementTracking cash flow and banking activities to ensure the organization has sufficient liquidityManage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.Prepare accurate and timely banking report RequirementsHigher education; Master's degree preferred.Fluency in English.Knowledge of trade finance instruments and risk management tools (e.g., L/Cs, factoring, hedging).Experience in Controlling, Tax, Treasury.
