Job Title: F&B Manager Location: Taskonaklar Hotel, Cappadocia About Us:Taskonaklar Hotel is a luxurious, eco-conscious boutique hotel situated in the heart of Cappadocia, known for its unique cave rooms, panoramic views, and exceptional guest experiences. Our on-site Moniq Restaurant & Cocktail Bar offers an elevated dining experience, focusing on local flavors in a stunning setting. In addition, we host a variety of events, including gastronomic experiences, private organisations, weddings, private dinners, and special celebrations, ensuring every occasion is memorable.We constantly seek to create new projects such as gastronomic collaborations, concerts, artist residencies and more. Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and passionate F&B Manager to oversee all aspects of our Food & Beverage operations, including;- Moniq Restaurant & Cocktail Bar; All day menu and dinner service- Breakfast service for Taskonaklar’s guests.- Planning and execution of private gastronomic experiences, events and organizationsensuring the highest quality of service and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with our kitchen and service teams to maintain and exceed the hotel’s dining and event standards.You will be active in developing the performance, turnover and marketing of Moniq Restaurant & Cocktail Bar. Key Responsibilities:- P&L responsibility of the whole F&B operation including Moniq Restaurant- Manage daily F&B operations ensuring the highest standards of service and quality, including;- Breakfast service for Taskonaklar’s guests,- Moniq Restaurant & Cocktail Bar, open from 09.00 to 23.00- Events, organizations and luxury experiences (https://www.moniqrestaurant.com/services-1) (https://www.moniqrestaurant.com/unique-experiences)- Plan, organize, and oversee events and special occasions, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.- Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure a seamless guest experience.Supervise and train restaurant, bar, and breakfast staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism.- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menus for both regular service and special events, including breakfast offerings.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.- Handle guest inquiries and feedback, resolving any issues promptly.- Oversee the inventory and ordering of supplies, working with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.- Create and manage budgets, focusing on maximizing revenue and controlling costs.- Assist in the planning and execution of weddings, private dinners, and special events.- Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, encouraging repeat business and positive reviews. Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.- Excellent command of English and Turkish- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.- Experience in organizing and overseeing events and special occasions.- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service,- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
