Job ProfileMonitoring environmental permit processes, and preparing and following-up on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Project Introduction Files,Preparing internal and external reports and managing related communication,Ensuring compliance with relevant Turkish regulations and EIA commitments,Monitoring and reporting on environmental legislation related to the project,Supporting company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, international standards, and other legal requirements,Supporting the review process of all work instructions, business practices and project methods from an environmental management perspective,Taking an active role in preparing environmental management instructions and announcements,Controlling site water consumption data and preparing forecast reports,Organizing and following up on biodiversity monitoring studies,Coordinating environmental monitoring processes and reporting to relevant institutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology or related engineering departments,Minimum of 7 years of job experience in mining area (no matter open pit or underground),Knowledge of environmental and HSE law, related Turkish and International regulations, implementations, and best practices,Knowledge of site water management,Preferably holds an Environmental Responsible Certificate,Preferably holds A-Class Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Certificate or meets the qualifications of a Technical Responsible as per regulations,Preferably knowledgeable about quality management systems,Command of English both written and verbal,Effective communication and presentation skills,Good command of MS Office Applications,Valid driver’s license,Residing in Kayseri city or Develi, or willing to relocate.
