We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Group & Event Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team and contribute to the success of our meetings, events, and group bookings. Job Description: As a Group & Event Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and managing group and event bookings, ensuring seamless coordination from initial inquiry to execution. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to create exceptional experiences while maximizing revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for group bookings and events.Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct site inspections.Coordinate event logistics with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with hotel revenue goals.Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.Ensure all event details and contracts are accurately recorded in the system.Provide post-event follow-up and maintain client satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, events, or hospitality.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in English and Turkish.Experience with hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus.
