We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and licensed real estate agents to join our growing team as independent contractors. Whether you’re an experienced agent or newly licensed, we’ll provide tools, resources, and a supportive culture to help you succeed.

As an independent contractor with our brokerage, you’ll build and manage your own client base, assist buyers and sellers through every step of their transactions, and contribute to the vibrant culture of our team.

Job Responsibilities

•        Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, open houses, and other creative avenues

        •        Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, providing expert guidance and advice

        •        Prepare market analyses to help clients make informed decisions

        •        List properties and market them effectively using MLS, digital tools, and marketing materials

        •        Prepare and negotiate contracts and offers

        •        Maintain accurate transaction records and stay compliant with all laws and brokerage policies

        •        Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional client service

        •        Participate in optional team meetings, training sessions, and company events

Skills and Abilities

•        Active Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (MA license a plus)

        •        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

        •        Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

        •        Ability to manage your own schedule and operate independently

        •        Basic tech skills (MLS, email, CRM, social media)

        •        Strong ethical standards and commitment to client-first service

Educational Qualification

Active Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (MA license a plus)
